A rounded pot in soft celadon, its whole body covered in flat ceramic discs laid one at a time and overlapping like scales. The glaze pools darker in the gaps between them, so the texture reads differently depending on how close you stand. The base is left in a stippled, unpolished finish that stops the whole thing from looking too precious.
