Currency

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by PayPal, Afterpay and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). All credit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Order changes and cancellations

We get straight to it! ✨ Once your order is placed, our team gets to work on it right away — which means we’re unable to make changes to items, apply discounts, or cancel orders after payment is received.

If you’ve made a typo in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chelseachelsea.com.au and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is packed. We can’t guarantee changes once packing has begun, so the sooner you reach out, the better!

Please double-check all your details before placing your order — especially your delivery address.

Delivery

All our items are sent via Australia Post. Postage charges are based on size and weight and a postage calculator is provided on the cart page.

Orders over $200 AUD receive free standard delivery within Australia.

All greeting cards are posted free of charge.

Delivery Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order for dispatch, or up to 5 business days if your order contains a framed print. During sale times we may require 1-2 extra business days to get your order ready.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Below are some estimated delivery times once your order is dispatched. Please use these as a guide only – actual times are dependent on Australia Post and can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Australia

*Express Post is offered for Australian orders (excluding cards). This will speed up your delivery time to 1-4 days from dispatch if you’re in their Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network.

International

International Duties

All duties, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery and Chelsea Chelsea is not liable to pay or reimburse these fees.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.
